Preparations

- The preparation phase:
1. For the participants’ selection, the promoters will both use the internal recruting system and also the application form attached to this infopack. Moreover, during the preparation, we will use deadlines to complete the tasks and will organize 3 skype meetings with the leaders recruited. Also, the national groups will organize the intercultural evenings, thus, please, prepare:
- Countries’ presentations
- Traditional dances / songs
- Any other materials/ activities that would help you to promote your country.
More than this, each of the group leaders will then be involved with the project’s activities, through supporting the host team in arranging the details of the activities.
2. Additionally, please, prepare a presentation on the youth unemployment situation in your country. For the presentation, you can use either power point, prezi presentations, etc or creative methods – such as theatre methods, posters, etc.
3. Also, please, promote the press release that you will be provided with, 2 weeke before the project, to your local media and on the associations’ website, blogs, facebook groups. Consider as well the fact that at the end of the project, each of the promoters involved should organize at least one dissemination activity. (details will be set during the dissemination activity, at the end of the project).
